Oliver Chapman qualified as a UK solicitor in 1999, and has worked predominantly in London, where he was a partner in a top 100 UK practice. He was admitted as an attorney in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 2012. Oliver specialises in commercial real estate work, regularly advising developers, investors, occupiers. He is experienced in property finance and secured lending matters, advising both institutional and private lenders, and in more recent years acting for receivers. He also provides general corporate and commercial advice.
